Symposium Safety Protocol

  • All registrants, speakers, exhibitors, and vendors participating in OMDA22 are required to provide proof of vaccination to COVID-19 prior to entry.
  • At the present time, we do not anticipate a requirement for negative COVID testing to gain entry. However, the emergence of new variants and subvariants is likely to continue and OMDA reserves the right to change the testing requirement should that prove to be prudent closer to the time of the symposium.
  • Also at the present time, face masks are recommended but not compulsory. OMDA reserves the right to modify the mask policy up until the time of the symposium so that attendees may have the safest possible experience.
  • Strict social distancing will not be enforced during the event. But, every attempt will be made to limit avoidable congregation during registration, breaks, and meals.
